Got this as a text 12/23/09 1158 am

Clearly a phish as I don't have a credit union account nor do I choose to get alerts via text from financial institutions.

Just got the above text as well.  Obviously, a scam.  I hope no one falls for this.

Apparently they are starting back up again ... harrassing businesses ... Been getting calls daily from this [***].
