Who called from 4084561237

When  pick up the phone, they hang up.  This has happened several times.

Did get a phone call from this number. No answer and hang up. When dialed the number got a message that it is not a working number.

Had a call from this number. After waiting for 15-20 seconds I hang up.  
I have no idea who tried to call me and why.

The government is spying on us

These are dirtbag, lowlife scums who call elderly people, claim to be their grandkids, and tell them they have been in accident and need money. They did it today to my mother. I am tracking them down and deal with it my way.....
