to put an end to "card services" telephone scammers
Stop "card services" fraudsters who call several times a day from different numbers with "great news on how you can lower your interest rate." They have called for years and they change their number so we can not block them. When you ask to be taken off their list they hang up on you. Those with businesses do not have the luxury of not answering unknown numbers. These people are detrimental to business. They should be caught and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Got a call saying from San Jose CA.. also noone there and it hung up after 10 seconds.
It's great we got a do not call list when these scammers hijack other numbers to make the call.
Card Services is the worst violator... I wish they's put the president of that company behind bars... or have him sit in a room for a year just receiving those calls every minute... grrrrr
