This guy left a message for me today stating that his name was 'Charles Bryan or Bryant' which I doubt because he had a very heavy Indian accent. He called out the last 4 of my SSN and told me or my attorney to call him, do not disregard this call! And if I dont he can only wish me good luck. I called the # back and it just said welcome to voicemail and the mailbox was full! what the heck is going on and who is this guy!!!
they call claiming i owe them money wanting me to purchase a money card from walmart. i asked them why they sisnt take my check card and they flipped. saying my card was registered with something national and payments could not be accepted. when i told them i already had a prepaid card they waned me to purchase a fresh one to only use with them. they threatened me with having someone come to my house, having the police come and arrest me and so on.
Person by the name of 'Charles Bryant' phoned and was very hostile (similar to above statement). Provided my actual Social Security Number and and threatened to take me to court and send authorities to my house. Told them I disputed the debt and the guy on the phone (who by this point in time had a heavy indian accent) stated I would pay and he hung up the phone. This same person originally dialed from 909.503.0684. Bad group of folks. Don't be intimidated!
Person called me by the name of Charles Byrant had an accent would not understand what he was , saying , the first time he called my job talking about an debt had my ssnumberalson , told me when i get paid to wire money , and send an picture of my D/L , buy an walmart card and fax it to an fax number that he had given me, called me on the oct 18, oct 19 , oct 31,4 times and nov 1, Very hostile person , had an lot of information about me.
I got a call on my cell, then on my office number, a man saying it was extremely time sensitive, need to call back this very second, he needs to speak to my attorney and if I don't call back... well, he just wishes me luck as this thing unfolds on me. Very weird man, hard to understand. I called back, he hung up on me, I called back and asked him why there were fraud reports all over the internet he called me a [***] and hung up. I called back and he told me to stop calling him.
This exact same thing happened to my husband and I today. Someone called my husbands cell phone bill about a debt. When he called the guy back he had severely broken english. Indian accent. Told my husband we were going to be sued. That he was a lawyer. Wanted the name of our attorney, which we didn't give. Screaming and yelling on the phone that we need to take care of this debt or he felt sorry for us. Intimidated my husband who then called me at work. I told him I would do a reverse number search when I got home because something didn't sound right. Well I found the number listed as a telemarketing number. I called the number approximately 10 minutes ago and ask the name of the company and they refused to give it to me. Just kep saying who is this. I gave them my name and ask twice more the name of the company they represent. The man who said is name was Kevin Johnson hung the phone up on me. I told my husband there was no way a lawyer would talk to you like this. First off I doubt they would call your home without previously sending some kind of paper coorespondence. My poor husband was stressed. These people should be stopped.
