This number called today.  I didn't pick up.  They did not leave a message.

Called, 1 second blank voicemail

Did not answer, left a 2 sec blank message.

They just called, Caller ID said "Out of area".  I didn't pick up and they also left me a blank message.

This number called, they provided this web page athomedesigns.house. They said are a general contractor provided services at a 20% discount, however they would not provide a contractor number or any company reference information. Could not establish they are a legal company. Very suspicious.
