2nd call from this #-CID Saratoga CA. Called back &
got a recording "Renewal by Anderson"
then 4 rings and an operator answered,
"Renewal by Anderson" with call center
noise in the background. The company sells
replacement windows, but are in Hayward CA.
So, either a spoofed call or a .'legit' company
violating DNC rules and trying to start a business
relationship by misrepresenting their CID info.
Either way, I won't play. Blocked .them.
Unknown caller, no message left. My horrible telemarketers call daily and have started changing numbers every call to avoid blocking. They usually use city state callerids. So I have an online blocker that checks for complaints and high call volumes, which result in only 1 ring before hangup. It missed this number, so I report it here and to call blocker database. Even 1 ring is too many for these annoying crooks.
