Caller unknowingly autodialed our number.  There was no answer; however the caller was having a conversation in Tagalog with others about their finances.  After we hung-up, the # redialed our #.  We sat and listened again; but no one ever said hello to us.

Caller ID only displays the phone # without the country code.  This is probably another scam.
