It is, indeed, mercury news.  After receiving several calls from this # with no one at the other end of the line, line, I was getting a little annoyed. Today, without fail, the number called again, and I answered hoping to speak to whoever it was and let 'em have it.  Sure enough it was a woman from the San Jose mercury, and I let her have it.  Don't think they will calling my # again.  Hopefully you will be lucky enough to speak with someone and be able to vent at them.
