These guys are the greatest, I get calls from 4 different numbers of theres (571-261-0072, 800-883-0613, 434-533-9062 and 408-538-5101) one from each number a day, except twice a day from the 800 which actually calls me at 10 am and 11:30 pm every day. you would think they get the picture, im broke... All this man power wasted on a 500 dollar line of credit? They spent more money in wasting employee time than they will even receive from the collection. NCO try calling from ANOTHER number maybe I will not hit ignore on my phone for that one, doubt it though ;)
They called here asking for my wife. They would not identify themselves so, of course they did not get to speak with her. I hung up, did the old caller ID thing. The same girl answered when I called them. It is just some rip off. The said something about my wife's Capital One account. Strange thing is, she does not have a Cap 1 account. I would never advise anyone to have a Cap 1 account because of their credit reporting habits. No matter what your credit limit is with them, they report what your current balance as your limit. That hurts your credit scores because it looks like you are maxed out on that card
Hundredth phone call. They call 5-6 times a day. Someone came on this time.
Said is was personal for Elaine. Spanish speaker. I said Elaine doesn't live here and this is not personal. This is NCO and I am recording this message. They said "it will take 2 hours to remove my number from the system,ok?" I said hurry up.
just don't answer the phone if you have caller id only aswer numbers you
know or let it go to your answering machine. they are just annoying
type people. they use about 10 different numbers.
