Who called from 4085385102

Calls from 8am until 9pm every hour at least, seven days a week!!  We don't answer unknown calls.

It's NCO. Not sure what company their client is though. I'm really behind on quite a few.

Calls from this number show NCO on caller ID. Sounds like outsourced collectors calling from India or elsewhere... they all have an accent and they dont seem to really wanna talk to you as they call and say my wife's name on the answer machine and immediately hang up. Oh well!

They don't leave a message. Even though my answering says please leave a message after the beep, they respond "HELLO? ARE YOU THERE?! HELLO?!"

I recieved 9 calls in 2 hours from this number.  No message was left, I called back just to see who was so fired up to get a hold of me, when i finally got a live person they said they didn't have my name or number in their system.  What a waste of my time.
