Received 7 phone calls from this company today starting at 8:33am. I don't have an answering machine so they can't leave a message but I'm pretty sure it's a collection agency. I think one of their clients is Old Navy but I'm sure they have others.
It is NCO. They are such unprofessional individuals. They call my place of employment all day and I have sent a letter to both NCO and the attorney general of Pennsylvania. There is no reason, any collection agency or anyone for that matter, should be calling you 8-10 times daily. I would not take their calls. Correspond with these monkeys in writing only.
