Not a legitimate caller. They will never reach me by phone. My phone numbers are on the DO NOT CALL list, and I mean it: if I don't know them personally, don't call. Since they don't respect the DNC list, I put them on my personal "DNA List" (DO NOT ANSWER list). I don't know who they are, nor do I care. This category of phone-caller tries to get you to empty your bank account into theirs. Don't fall for it. Never give out personal info over the phone, including surveys. Surveys sell whatever info you tell them.
My curse for this lot, extended family, and friends is that they suffer prolonged, painful, debilitating, bankrupting, hideous, never-healing gangrene, deformities, and death. Go to hell.

At least one of these is a 'US Treasury' Scam (don't fall for it!)
Since it was a local call and I thought for a moment it might have been a coworker calling me,I decided to answer. Most of the bogus calls have area codes that are not local. This call started with" Hello, this is Josh from customer service. Can you hear me OK?" With the words, "Can you hear me OK", I hung up knowing it was a bogus call. I have gotten the ...."can you hear me OK ...: message on my home voice mail before, so I recognized the "bogacity" (new word I invented) of this call at that moment. Going forward, I will go back to following my rule, if I do not recognize the number or caller ID, I do not answer. If it is a legitimate call, the caller will leave a message. Now even local calls will get no answer.
Final comment. Any organization that uses such underhanded methods to get 'business'; why would anyone sign up?
