Got a Pro-Builder call, claimed they were in based in Livermore. When I told they were not authorized to call this number they used profanity which goes beyond the do-not-call laws, it's illegal and amounts harassment.
I am on the phone with AT&T to get this call reported to the Livermore police as we speak. You should do this too whenever a caller breaks the law. All you have to do is call trace anonymous call desk at AT&T is 800-348-7727. They will take a report and give you a case number. Get the time and date of the call and report these guys (or anyone) who uses profanity when you challenge them about their authority for calling you.
