I got a call from this freak threatening dire consequences if I do not call back he sounded like an angry chinese man kinda scary but I looked it up knowing it was prolly a scam!
I got the same yesterday. This guy is an idiot. It sounded somewhat legit until he started using works like "jerk us around" and "you can't blow off debt", then I knew he wasn't an attorney. What did scare me was the fact he had banking info for me. So I changed everything at the bank and let the NYS Attorney General and FBI know. I also called him back a few times and wished him ill, which pissed him off. I'll continue my campaign of revenge today.
I also let Boccardo Law Fuirm in San Jose know, which they said has become a problem for them.
I just had the same type of call. I got off the phone with them and called the original creditor. Nothing these people say is the truth. My best advice is to simply ignore them. I'll be making a call on Monday to the state Attorney General and the FBI.
I received several calls from this number claiming to be a lawyer named Ron Adams saying that I must return a phone call to them immediately or he would see me in the Gold House. I returned the call and a man answered, he said there were some legal matters that I should take of ,then I told him that I had already reported him to the FBI and the BBB he then said a few words that I did not understand and Hung Up.
