I received similar call about a tax issue -- On 3/21/14 I received a phone message from a person named Mark, claiming to be from the Department of Legal Affairs, Legal Enforcement Division. He asked I call him back at (408) 582-7020. I called back on the morning of 3/22/14 and spoke with a person claiming to be "Robert Treadway," with the US Department of Treasury, IRS, Employee ID #11545. He stated that my 2009 Federal taxes were not paid in full and that a warrant had been issued by the IRS for my arrest. He tried to confirm my mailing address. "Robert" then said that agents were on their way to my house to arrest me. I informed him that was recording the telephone call. He then hung up on me.
