This is the third time I got a call from this number in the span of a month, the first time I heard it I hung up the moment I heard "congratulations" because I knew any legit prize wins they'd ask for your name, confirm your ID then tell you about the stuff, anyways I guess good thing I didn't bother with it. I'm with Rogers.
Just got the call, didn't answer, didn't recognize the number nor area code, called back from land line, got busy tone. Thanks for posting info about this number.
