I also got called by this number, spoke to a person, about a google listing of my husband's business with a street address from many, many years ago. I was told two different prices that he owed. My husband was old and computer illiterate and in fact is no longer here. They also called using Skype, but I don't use it.
robo says our google listing is inactive. It's fine....scammers trying to get money for nothing. Use Google Dashboard. it's easy and FREE. Our listing is fine. "Colin" however, says he will not take us off the call list until they speak with the owner. lol...that will never happen so I will keep wasting rep time. CID is unknown name and "Colin" will not give out the company name.
CID showed MILPITAS CA - As others have noted, it's everyone's favorite Google Scam robo-call. Press 1 to get scammed, Press 8 to be removed from their calling list and get scammed twice as much. Butt munches.
