On answering there is a recorded message, with female voice "This is an important call regarding your vehicle warrantee.  Our records indicate . . . ."

Apparently a telemarketer outfit trolling for live numbers.  'Suggest that calls from this number either be ignored or auto-fowarded to your local FTC office.
