received several calls from this number...eventually I spoke to someone...they are from Discover card apparently. They had our name and address (presumably from phone records) and said they wanted more details so they could send out an offer for the Discover card. We didn't give them any info, just told them to put something in the mail. We received the mail about a week later...still suspicious, but will check the number out with them. They are based in Saratoga, California.
Just got a call from them, after several seconds of silence I heard myself get connected. I could hear a lot of phones and talking in the background and no one on my line was speaking. I figured it was a telemarketer and hung up right away.
