This number continues to call me about warranty on my vehicle. And 1 time
got my work phone number and called me.
My phone number is on the DO NOT CALL list.
This number calls me at least once or twice a day. The recorded speaker always says my car warranty is either
"expiring" or "about to expire". Then it says to press 1 to talk to an agent (happens to be a real person - but doesn't know ANYTHING), or press 2 to be taken off their list. I have pressed 2 before, but they keep calling me back. Just for fun, I have pressed 1. (My car's warranty expired over three years ago, and I do not need another warranty.) I ask them which vehicle this warranty for, to see if they can tell me. And then they want me to tell them which vehicles I have. And they can't tell me which vehicle this is for, then I ask them to put me on the "DO NOT CALL" phone list; then they say they can't put me on that list. I said, "Why, you're the ones who keep calling me." And the agent says that it is not them, who keeps calling me, it is another office. So, unless they can tell you specifically which vehicle the warranty is for, DO NOT give them ANY information about your vehicle. THIS IS A BUNCH OF CRAP that either the government or phone company, or whatever company is paying these people, NEEDS TO STOP AT ONCE. All you do is ANNOY us. I am SICK and TIRED of losers like these people. I HOPE YOU IDIOTS AND LOSERS ARE PAYING ATTENTION !!
This is so annoying! I want to know what mortage company is using this service to get costomers. I pressed 1 after the recorded introduction about the rescent anouncement Pres. Bush made about lower Mortgage rates in hopes of finding out what company and asked what bank is it and the person said they were opperators who take info and pass on the call. So I said ok let me find my papers as see what the current rate is cause I have forgoten it exactly.... but before I give you any personal info please tell me what company this is.. and I WAS HUNG UP ON! I have been getting these calls no kidding 3 to 5 times a day, every day. I have asked opperaters for weeks to take my nimber out of the system. I could understant being hung up on if I was using foul language or was insulting but I don't do that. I also called the number back and got a recording. It asks "if you want to be removed enter your number". I just wonder if the sompany using this service knows how annoying the constant calls are, how rude the service opperators are, and how much potential business they are actually losing due to people being hung up on! I just wish it would stop!
