AA Careers. They are a marketing firm using your Resume. They get the number and try to get you to pay them to get a job. Any place that doesn't Publish their number is a Shady Business. When I called Back I got all kinds of attitude from the Receptionist like I was wasting her time.
The company is not a recruiter, it is a "career management" company. They got my info from monster or careerbuilder.com. They sell resume and career placement services. Bad yelp reviews. It's the only company I've seen with 245+ filtered Yelp reviews which is not a good sign. Also their BBB reviews look to be padded, as there are a lot of 5 star reviews placed in August 2010 and on Yelp with similar text. Their services cost a few thousand dollars. Save yourself the money and go to EDD/Connect in Sunnyvale which can offer the same services at no charge and connect you to real career coaches and advisors who are not out to make quick bucks off the unemployed.
