This number called me before 7:00am three times and hung up with out a message.  They have called under three different numbers before and when I picked up the guy said he was a collection company for comcast asking for the balance of $25 from an account that I cosigned for (my sister) who transfered it to her name and paid off in Novemeber.  This is illegal to call this early and comcast has been charging my sister for multiple issues pertaining to not getting the service to her house in Stockon.  I am ready to take them to small claims court if they do not resolve the issue.
