I called this number: (408) 611-5932 (Voice of IP Phone and I believed company had at least dozen of these numbers, in order to avoid caller block functionality) and I traced it down in the internet: the master number belong to American Solar Corporation in Sausalito, CA.
I called this number: (415) 868-1111, gave them a very strong warning: to remove my number from their callers data base! And wrote down the time, date and person that I talked to: keep for my own record, before I report to nearest police office station! (I registered "DO NOT CALL" in their registry 9 years ago!).
Blocked it is not going to work at all. These telemarketers have dozen of voice of IP number, you can blocked it today call, but you will not able to block it tomorrow call, since telemarketer will use difference number to reach you.
