Since you suspect it is the American Solar Corporation, you should report this information to the FTC; it may help them with a case against the American Solar Co.

No message, blocked.  I have gotten many Campbell, CA calls lately with different numbers and blocking them all, never leave any message and when I search 1800notes.com they all end up posted here.

I am on the do not call but i get calls every 5 minutes :-) at 7am i got a call and two minutes later a second one. Seriously? Left no messages.

Not only is this number used to scam you, but they also use 408-610-3458.  I was called yesterday by the above number and the one I listed here today.

Called. Left no message. BLOCKED!!! Note: After owning our blocker for only 8 months, we already have a "Reject" call block  list of 300 numbers. We have an "Accept" call list of less than 100. WTF? I think we're going to get rid of our landline. This is ridiculous.
