I've gotten two calls from this number:"Hi this is Joe calling about a disability claim that you were trying to make. Can you hear me ok?" First time I said you have the wrong number, the caller then immediately hung up. The second time I asked what organization he was calling from. He said Helping Hands Association". I said that I didn't know anything about a disability claim and then he immediately hung up.

408-617-5869 calls me numerous times through out the day. They always call three times back to back. When I call the number back I got the same recording as Gary wrote. I put my number on the DO NOT CALL list so we'll see what happens.
never answered this call until last week, and they were pretending to be my HOA. I've never lived anywhere with an HOA, and when I asked how this was possible the person hung up. I get calls several times a day, no voicemail. The phone number always begins with 408-617.
