I have received a weekly call from this company for months. I have repeatedly told them I no longer have the vehicle they keep trying to sell me a warranty on. I Just talked with Supervisor McIntosh to express my dissatisfaction at the rudeness of the people calling me and the fact they continue to harass me at work even though I have asked repeatedly to be removed from whatever list they are calling from. They need to actually update the call logs when you are nice about it the first 10 times you ask them to remove you. I highly recommend you ask for "Supervisor McIntosh" when you make your complaint... Maybe if a manager gets chewed out enough they will start making changes to the call list when instructed.
I spoke with Mr. Markowitz and he not only helped me and my family with the coverage I purchased on my vehicle, but he was very understanding of my financial situation and considerate. He stated that the call was nationwide for any vehicle made within the last 20 years, not that he was with Nationwide insurance. If you would have listened closely to the call you would've understood just as I did. It's great coverage, great people, and the underwrite is A+ rated with the BBB. Can't complain! I think with the way the economy is now EVERYBODY should have this coverage. Thank you Mr. Markowitz you we're a great help I appreciate everything you've done for me and my family.
Just got a call, didn't pick up. I"m sure it's National Auto **** they've been calling at my work # from other number 657-202-9022 for several days now.
they called my work (EXTREMELY RUDE/IGNORANT/ & DEMANDING) and said everythign so fast i asked her to repeat herself she said it didnt matter and she was calling about my gmc vehicle warranty about to expire. i asked her who she was looking for she replied you ma'am. and continued to tell me about the warranty. i told her she had the wrong number she replied firmly "no i do not" and continued her babble. i then told her no i do not have a gmc and she does have the wrong number. as she grunted in discuss so loudly she then said "then you sold it and we need ur new vehicle info" i told her no way she replied " you will give me your info cuz we need to update our system since you have changed it from the gmc" i told her "NO I WONT YOU B*TCH" and hung up.
