So many times this number will call and hang up on me when I answer. Caller Id reads "California Call" which is a spoofed number, using "Google Voice #" (internet number)
They called again and I said hello, someone finally spoke, and she said, May I speak to Mr or Mrs (BLAH BLAH BLAH) and I hung up on her. Knowing it was a telemarketer and I do not give my info to telemarketers.
It was very disturbing though. Because I was in the rest room and I had to leave the rest room and walk to walk to the end of the house to answer, this useless call.
I wish they realized, that people are busy and they stopped me from my important business to go to this BS.
The reason they call and hang-up is they are setting you up for a future call. They are determining if this the true mark so when they call they know they have the right person. Whey you answer to your name on the phone, they know it the right person and number.
Same thing. I call back and it just rings. I clearly remember speaking to someone months ago from this number and asking to be taken off their list , and the callers response was "this isn't a telemarketing call."
This scam artist phoned again, possibly to sell unlicensed contracting services, but I allowed the call to go to voice mail. These [***] will stop at nothing to separate you from your wallet.
