I called this number back from a blocked line and asked them who they were.  They refused to give me any information unless I provided my phone number.  I said I would not do that and they said there wasn't anything they could do.  Really??  If they were from "Direct TV" as some have said, they shouldn't have had any trouble telling me so.  Now they are on my blocked list.
