OMG! Really??? That same guy kept calling my cell today harassing me about an online loan company that filed a suit against my husband. He said his name was Officer Jack Smith with the Criminal Defense Lawfirm but I told him he didn't know Jack Sh** and I was gonna file on him if he didn't stop calling and harassing my phone. I actually recorded our conversation. My husband is in good standing with Cash Net USA which is the loan company. We had just renewed that loan and haven't received anything in writing in the mail or email. He sounded too foreign for me to understand and I know his name ain't no Jack Smith, maybe Mohammed something..... LOL!!! IDK how or who to report this to.
I keep getting the same calls from a jerk name David Cruiz. He constantly calls my job and my cell back to back. I recorded the calls that he made today. He even told my boyfriend that he wants to f%$#
me. Now how professional is that. If I am not mistaken, he even made a threat against me.
