I received several threatening voicemails from a David Cruiz. I finally had enough, called the FBI and my local police department to play the voicemails for them. They told me to call back and tell them not to call again, as I know they are a scam. I did, and David Cruiz called me within 15 seconds and said he was an actual law firm that I could google. I told him I could google fairies and dragons, too, but that doesn't mean they exist. I asked for his bar number, he said it was from California, 467395. No such bar number exists in California, I verified that with the California Bar. He called me again and left a profanity laced threatening voicemail.
I'm tired of these scammers, and I'm going to file a police report!
I also have been dealing with this clown. He called me from a different number though.its 347-377-7684. Its awful funny how htold me first he was lawyer then a cop and I would be in jail in 3 days or less. I told him if he had all his info right he should at least know my correct social and also my middle name lol. I got him so mad he hung up on me at least 6 times. Told him to go spin a new magic rug to fly over here and take me into to custody. Lol he called me all kinds of nasty things .if he's bothering you just tell him this exact phrase and I doubt he will call back... listen here abu (aww-boo) your not a cop or a lawyer but if you really wanna keep your [***] up I am a lawyer and have all of my calls recorded on this line and you will be sued on top of being put in prison for extorsion of my person. Works every time ! Lol good luck and do not let this [***] bag bother you he can't do anything but weave carpet.
