calls every day, but leaves no message
today was message but just background noise of someone moving a chair

Person said something like: "This is Angel from Tangents. I'd like to confirm your location". Then hung up.

Called 3X over past two weeks -- never left any voicemail.

Called my cellphone twice within 3 minutes but never left message.

Clearly some deceptive people.. possibly looking to collect marketing information to sell?

They just called my business, asked for me and asked to confirm that I was a "principal" at the company.  When I responded by asking what company they were calling from (they had said something quick at the start) then they immediately hung up.
