Yup. Same as Joe K. Called me and caller id says MORGAN HILL, CA in all caps. Probably not even located there. Cities don't call people, companies do. Blocked.

Guy said he was looking for work redoing kitchens in our area.  Sounded like call was coming from a crowded room.
