So, I called to have whatever this company to removed me from its contact list, and the guy from the "do not call department" refused to give me his company name and address. He told me that I have to say "mujhe," "meri," "mat,' and "maro," after the tone in order to be removed from the contact list. I refused to say these words because I don't know what they mean. So I asked for his company name and address again; he refused to give me the information and told me that I will continue to receive messages from his company.

Anyone considering launch a legal action against them?
