Who called from 4086774795

Received a call on my cell phone while a work. Did not accept it, but have had calls before from this number. How do I get them to stop calling.

I just got a call from that number and didn't answer.  It showed that it was from San Jose, CA.

Got call on cell, caller ID said Evaresto Guerrero, San Jose, CA.  Did not answer, no vm left.

received a call from that number,  no message,  when you attempt to call it back sounds like some sort of busy tone,   deleted it and blocked number

Not sure what triggers these calls to my cell but if anybody finds out let us all know.
