Since I no longer answer out-of-state calls, I don't know who this is. It's possible that it is a recruiter who got my contact information from an out-of-date source (I get a LOT of those). However, no voicemail, and a search of my email archive provided no hits. Also, no hits on a Google search other than the usual "pay us for info on this number" sites, so the bigger probability is that it's a scammer using a spoofed caller ID. In that case, I guess I have the privilege of being one of the first targets, since there are no other reports here on 800notes yet.
