Who called from 4086872891

Tired of getting these phone calls and when calling back said number was dialed wrong.

Called my cell.  Didn't answer but I have limited minutes and don't need these calls on my cell.

They just called me, didn't answer the phone, did'n't recognize the number, and they didn't leave a message. Probably a scam.

I never respond to unknown numbers without checking here first. My experience is the same as others: no message left, so I assume this was spam.
