Who called from 4086872891

Spam call, recorded msg - "Hello, this is Karen from Consumer Services...." That was as far as I listened. Now in auto reject list.

SCAMM..... Do not answer !!!

Called my cell phone, I said hello twice, no answer. I Hung up.

Called my cell phone.  I didn't answer since I didn't recognize it, and they did not leave a message.  Adding to reject caller list.

Just called my cell phone I did not answer. No message left. I'm really sick of getting these types of calls.
