You need to report these calls to the FCC.gov (Federal Communications Commission).  Fill out the online complaint form.  they track the numbers and when they get enough complaints on a particular number they investigate.

Called this AM and hung up during the answering machine message. ID said VOEO which is for call centers. Spam

Called just now; left no message.  Based on above, will block.

called Monday 2 PM. Selling solar panels. Bull Sh@T say they will not call again, remove our number, or they will make a note of it.
