These people call at least once a week, spoofing a different number every other time. Does no good to report the number to FCC, since it's spoofed. Spoofers are scammers, by definition. Don't expect crooks to be polite or to hire polite people.
Called at 12:15 PM - message was Hello, Hello, Mr. and Mrs. X, pause and hang up. Telemarketer sounds from the boiler room in the background. What absolute jerks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
