Who called from 4087154900

I got a phone call from a relative that lives in sOUTH AMERICA from this number. wHILE THEY spoke I also heard the beeps but was cut from the call before I could ask whose number it was. very strange. I am guessing some kind of calling card.

Got the call at 5:27 p.m. PSDT on 6/21/07.  Machine answered but there was just silence.  Can anyone catch these guys?
