Since they don't respect the DNC list, I put them on my personal "DNA List" (DO NOT ANSWER list). I don't know who they are, nor do I care. This category of phone-caller tries to get you to empty your bank account into theirs. Don't fall for it. Never give out personal info over the phone, including surveys. Surveys sell whatever info you tell them.
