Very rude and then started swearing at me and told me I was a stupid b***h cause I couldnt understand english and ur rite he is east indian or [***]. Cant call back just rings busy Im giving them the old whistle trick if they call back.
Just received a call from this number, he is east indian, and the call was regarding a goverment grant for kids....
I asked him: Where did you get my number from so I can sue them?
His answer: I don't know, it is something I would have to ask my supervisors.
I said: No problem, I will wait until you get me the information I need.
Then he hung up....... Definitely a scam... Guys be careful.
