Who called from 4087963139

This company called and offered $1000 grocery Voucher that could be used on anything not just groceries and all that I had to do was pay them $1 with...wait for it...MY CREDIT CARD. I ofcourse said I was not interested. The lady gave me her name and employee number and a phone number to call back to if I had any questions. When I got off the phone with her I called that number she gave me and it was a recording saying that I should recieve my Coupons within 7 to 10 days and that if I had further questions to contact them at [email protected].

That's quite strange. I was just busy doing chores, phone rang. Mentioned on caller ID 'JETBJ' under 408 796 3139.  Well, I answered the phone, gave the 'hello', got no answer. Waited another four seconds, i said 'hello' again. Then a recording of a woman said 'Goodbye' Then I was disconnected. So, I call back like a creeper. Keeps giving me a recording in a male voice saying this number is no longer in service, blah blah. Press 611 for customer service, so I do.Then the standard womans voice 'we're sorry blah blah' and I'm disconnected again. So, I'm not entirely sure what it's all about.

these people keep calling me wanting me to take some type of customer survey. i told them that i do not wish to participate but they keep calling and sometimes they even hang up on me. Next time im gonna cuss them out, see how they like that!! but for real tho, i think they got my number from this agency that i called. got a letter in the mail saying i could win $1,000,000. called the number, they kept trying to get me to buy magazines and such. And unfortunately i gave my phone number (mistake) And they sound very foreign to me...

I got the same call as mel but the aera code is not the same it is 708 but when called the number does not work. The lady on the other end told me her name was Melissa Morris which i doubt and she gave me an ID number  she also gave me several other phone numbers to call. the lady had a strong asian accent.

after reading some of the messages others have received.  I am getting these types of messages in my personal email account I wonder if these are tied to the same scam?  They need to be pulled from using this to contact people via telephone or email.  Mine now goes directly to spam and I don't see it and it emptys at the end of the day.  Foiled again but how are they getting our information?  I just got another call and it's after 9:00 pm in fact it's 9:20 pm...isn't there a cutoff time even for these idiots that call uninvited our personal phones ?
