Message plays and then hangs up...a person never comes on the line. When I have tried calling back, a message plays that makes it seem like you will be connected to a person and then nothing happens.

This number calls and hangs up. We are a business and are registered on the Do Not Call registry.

They are a collection company out of Campbell CA for Cable/Wireless http://www.dcicollect.com/

keep calling after 8pm - I still won't answer.

Federal hours allowed are 8am-9pm...According to DNC/FTC site.  Google it.
