I answered a call from this number and got silence for several seconds and then a hang-up. I called back and heard a recorded tel. co. message stating the number was disconnected. Go figure...so much for the "do not call registration."

Just received a call from this number and nothing but silence and hang-up like fedupwithit#2.  I also had a call from 408 796 3596 with the same scenario.

Saturday morning call.  No message.  I am  being hammered on my cell phone with these kinds of calls. It is not possible to block them all.

The company is Innovated solutions, their a charity company, working with a wide range of Charities. And are exempt for the National do not call Registry.
