Who called from 4088434990

I got a call from this number. No message. I called back and a recording said ph # was not in service.

This caller calls my cell at 5am, as well as at night. Same thing when I tried to call back once.

this number calls me at the same time it calls my house number at 630 am. calls back twice back to back but when you call back, the number is disconnected.

The schmo said he was calling in behalf of a company he didn't know the name of but he knew the phone # for me to call. He said there was a civil complaint that was going to be served on me. I checked the county court docket, no complaint. It smells like people who want to make $$$ for nothing.
