I JUST GOT THE SAME CALL AT MY JOB,BUT WHEN I STARTED CHALLENGING THEIR REQUEST AND INFORMATION MR. JIMMY MCKADEL TOLD ME THAT I WILL BE ARRESTED TOMORROW FOR 3 COUNTS OF FRAUD. HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION PERTAING TO MY CASE, THIS IS A SCAM, HE DECIDED TO HANG UP THE PHONE I KEPT ON CALLING AND HE FINALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND ASK WHY AM I CALLING. NOW THE PHONE GOES TO VOICE MAIL THEN STATES THAT THE VOICEMAIL IS FULL.

just got the same call....the funny thing is I knew it was a scam since I had heard of them before. Before the [***] on the line could tell me his name, I placed it on speaker phone for all of my fellow employees to hear. We had a good time bashing this idiot with our own BAD Indian accents. He eventually got pissed and said " Good, go to courthouse.... then go to jail" I'm still laughing as I type this....these dudes are idiots and I feel really bad for anyone who falls victim to their scam.
That a**hole called me, and when I called him back, first I get some middle eastern guy on the phone, and he tells me that its a crime agency, I ask him about "Adam Mckenzie", and he says that he works there, when i ask him to connect me, he hangs up, when I call back, it's a completely different guy, and he starts cussing me saying, "F**k you mother f**ker, F**K YOU......" and so on, then he hangs up. I try calling back and nobody answers! WTF? I told them that I had already reported him to the police and that I didnt appreciate him trying to scam me and that the call was being traced and that criminal charges were being pursued, he then continued to cuss me and hung up. Somebody get this a**hole.
I received a call today from a man with heavy Indian accent who attempted to make me believe that I had taken out a loan from Quick Cash .net. He stated that I would be served with court papers and possibly go to jail for a $400.00 loan that I failed to pay. When asked, he verified the bank and the last four numbers of my social. I told him that I would not give him any info or my debit card as I needed to call my attorney to call him back. When I told him that I was going to check with my bank to see if there had been a loan put into my account then he said that it did not go into my account but someone else's. Still insisting that I had taken out this loan and directed it to someone else account. When I tried to call the number back that he gave me, there was no answer, or a pick up and hang up. The number that he gave me was 408 843-5330 and his name is David Parker. I did call my attorney who stated that paperwork would have been mailed to me if there was a court case against me stating, "furthermore, Judges do not put people in jail for not paying a loan that its not criminal, its civil. He also told me to ignore this as it sounded like a scam.,
Thank God for the internet. I'd been getting phone calls on my cell phone from an 'UNKNOWN' number for the week and just received this phone call at my place of work and I have a loan out, but not with a payday company, but then as this Indian man continued talking... nothing was making sense and the words SCAM just kept running through my mind. He was getting very agitated and insisted on my attorney's information and I told him that I did not have one because I was unaware of this so called "case" against me. He left his number for me to call back and that's when I looked it up and found everyone else's stories about this ridiculous call. Does anyone know who we can call to report this sh*t? Because clearly it's getting out of hand.
Hello.. I was also threatened by this individual... who called himself Andy Williams. I know the reason behind it, it was a payday loan, I tried to explain to the idiot that I filed bankrupty, he refused to answer me, he cursed me out, said to "shut the f** up" and that I needed to pay him now. Extremely rude!
