Recieved call from this number a couple times. Some woman started leaving a message but stopped after a couple of seconds. The message was unintelligible and there were many voices in the background (boiler room).
Joe Bryant - Hey [my first name] Who is this I ask. Joe Bryant he says and continues - you remembered I called you last year about interior exterior work in your house and you were busy and told me to call back next year. As I was saying no I have... - he hung up. The name did ring a bell or maybe the voice? Now that ringing bell will go straight to call blocking.
