keeps calling

Many calls during the day, lets the phone ring 3 or 4 times and never leaves a message.

Calls here on a daily basis about 7 or 8 times...its very annoying.

Many calls for the last several days.  Today (2/17) they called 19 times before 5:00 p.m.  Who are they, and how do you get them to stop?
