"Kevin Johnson" whose english is very bad informed me that if I didn't settle my loan balance that legal action will be taken and my check garnished. He told me that the original creditor would not have that information because they have forward their information to them. I called the original creditor anyway. I don't owe anything. The alleged leagal firm is not clear - sounds like jibberish. "Kevin Johnson" has an accomplice "Mark Jackson" - another Indian/Pakistani accent who left the number 347-602-4551 and a fax number of 646-786-4936. The original creditor informed me that these "collection calls" were 100% fradulent. Also when you ask them questions to verify who they are, the conversation intently breaks up as though you're entering a dead zone with your cell phone. But when they make their demands, they are very clear.
